INCENTIVE/FIT: Kaidan's incentive when approached by the Eudio representatives would be the survival of the Normandy crew, his squad mates, and its Commander, Shepard. Kaidan would have no second thoughts or issues with saying yes to something like this if approached logically and calmly. He knows that war is not without casualties, but he'll be damned if the crewmates he's fought alongside don't make it. He's already lost enough people in his life.
As far as his fit goes, Kaidan is an adaptable man with a gentle heart and a willingness to follow through. He doesn't appear to have any sexual hang ups or any aversion to touch that we are made aware of throughout his time in game. In fact, he appears to be rather tactile when engaged with closer company, not one to shy away from it. When romanced (as he is a love interest throughout Mass Effect), Kaidan proves to be somewhat flirtatious (though a bit awkward--he's always awkward), but wholly passionate. With a promise riding on his stint in the city, he certainly wouldn't hesitate to get with the program that the city has to offer, particularly if it seems that they've been making good on all of their promises so far. Not to mention "cuddling" doesn't seem like all that bad a deal when all he's been doing is fighting a war. If anything, it'll seem like a pretty sweet vacation with something good coming out of it.

ANYTHING ELSE? Kaidan is a biotic, which means that he has the ability to create mass effect fields using element zero nodules embedded in his body's soft tissues. By using bio-amps installed in the main port at the base of the skull, these powers can be utilized and augmented for various uses. Biotics, using this innate ability, are able to throw enemies and hurl objects, lift them into the air, and generate gravitation vortices in order to tear both obstacles and even living beings apart. They are also able to create protective barriers.
While some aliens are natural born biotics, humans are one of the species who are not. These individuals (such as Kaidan) were exposed to dust-form element zero ("eezo") in utero and thus developed eezo nodules throughout their nervous systems. These nodules are able to generate these mass effect fields wen energized by electrical impulses from the brain. Kaidan, was implanted with the L2 implants during his stay in BAaT (Biotic Acclimation and Training--AKA "Brain Camp") and thus is able to harness his biotic powers. However, the L2 implants were considered "faulty" due to the fact that they impaired many of their implantees. Some suffered from dementia, others suffered from death, hemorrhaging, and lunacy. As Dr. Chakwas states, Kaidan "got lucky" and only suffers severe, sometimes crippling, migraines, which he seems to do alright with. Kaidan's implants are incredibly strong, however, and it is noted that his abilities reach a threshold that match a mature Asari's natural biotic prowess.
TL;DR He's a squishy space mage and I'd love for him to keep his biotic powers if possible ;u; he's a good doobie.
